Pros/Cons

Pros
Very user friendly. It was easy to learn and quickly set up events. The dashboard is great for overview of each event for a quick glance.
I love that i can customize my response as much, or as little and very quick to answer all my leads in a timely

Cons
The credit module can be a little difficult to use but they are constantly updating their system and making it better
I wish CrowdCompass was a bit more customizable, but overall its still a fantastic product.

The kiosk is really useful. Makes it easy for people to donate
Its a complete suite. Kiosk is the most attractive functionality. Salaat timings can be imported and displayed on kiosk.

Cons
none so far in our use for last 6 months. Everything is working without any issue.
Hope to have a comprehensive manual - how to use all the features of this product.
