Pros/Cons

Pros
Very user friendly. It was easy to learn and quickly set up events. The dashboard is great for overview of each event for a quick glance.
I love that i can customize my response as much, or as little and very quick to answer all my leads in a timely

Cons
The credit module can be a little difficult to use but they are constantly updating their system and making it better
I wish CrowdCompass was a bit more customizable, but overall its still a fantastic product.

Donor Perfect is very user friendly! Easy to use and the customer service is EXCELLENT!
Easy to use, with great customer support. Does what it's supposed to do. I love that it is in the cloud.

Cons
Report is a little tricky at times but Support is always there to assist,
The email integration is a bit clunky, but they are working on it.
