TrackingTime Software

TrackingTime is a cloud-based time tracking solution that assists organizations to collaborate, manage projects and monitor time. The solution allows managers to capture and analyze time constrained data for projects and employees.

TrackingTime’s calendar feature helps employees to enter time with the help of drag and drop functionality and prevent manual entries. In addition, the solution allows executives to synchronize projects and tasks with third-party calendar applications such as Google Calendar, MS Outlook etc.

TrackingTime’s analytics feature helps in estimating working hours with respect to clients, projects and employees. The report tracking feature helps in conducting data analyses, create timesheets and filter the results on the basis of project, client, services and date ranges. The solution is compatible with Android and iOS devices. It also integrates with other software and applications such as Zapier, Webhooks, Basecamp and Asana.

Support is available via email.

The ability to report on project timeline performance with traceable, direct metrics was immensely helpful in justifying the business case for increased personnel and additional budgetary resources.

The ability to get instantaneous metrics on hours tracked, performance targets, and overall usage without having to spend time creating or reviewing complex reports. The dashboard view alone is virtually everything a Project Manager needs to be able to proactively adjust resources and priorities.

The inability to have two users contribute to a common task is a SERIOUS deterrent to wider rollout and adoption within our organization. That, combined with the limited access control features and lack of flexibility in input methods is what reduces this from the best in class application to merely an excellent entry in an already crowded field.
