Pros/Cons

Pros
This software was very user friendly and had everything you would need to manage properties! I loved this software and all it's capabilities!
I love that you can work on multiple properties at the same time. It is super easy and user friendly!

Cons
sometimes freezes up on me. other than that great.
The cost is pretty reasonable, but AF does tend to stick in extra fees. They are all disclosed, but a flat fee would help.

Easy to use, great customer support. Would highly recommend!
Software is very user friendly. I have used for last 3 years and never had any problems, Great customer service. Would never change companies. Very satisfied.

Cons
Some setup tasks and general information can be difficult to find while other tasks require more clicks than one would think necessary.
It is a little cumbersome to set up the map layouts. But with a little patience it can be done. Otherwise it is very easy to use.
