Pros/Cons

Pros
This software was very user friendly and had everything you would need to manage properties! I loved this software and all it's capabilities!
I love that you can work on multiple properties at the same time. It is super easy and user friendly!

Cons
sometimes freezes up on me. other than that great.
The cost is pretty reasonable, but AF does tend to stick in extra fees. They are all disclosed, but a flat fee would help.

Pros
The customer service is amazing. They always respond immediately with any questions or concerns oh, and I always go the extra mile to help.
I like that it helps me jeep track of all customers and their payments

Cons
Some of the accounting detail I would love isn't available - yet. Unit Trac has made several improvements already in the time we have been using the system.
Nothing. Its easy to use, easy to learn and any time i need help I have received a reply within hours of needing it.
