Budgetrac Property Management vs Maintenance Connection

It would be nice if this software could be utilized as a crm as well. Unfortunately I have to use this and a crm simultaneously.

Not too many Cons to this SW. My team and I are happy with this product and we would use it again and again.

The time it takes to have a new employee trained up to the administrator level can be tedious, however its worth it, to have another capable hands on deck makes the job a lot more efficient

There are a lot of functions and options that you need to narrow down and tweak before it starts to click, at least that's how it was for me.
