Buildium vs Condo Control Central

A little confusing at first but once you get use to the software it is easy to work with.

Like any program, there are a few quirks but Buildium does active updates to correct issues.

parking permits were a bit confusing to understand but once you learn what the options are and how they work it was easy.

The software use to be a little slow on weekends, but it has been working pretty well for the past few months, I think they upgraded their system
