Pros/Cons

Pros
It’s easy to use and I love that it has the help center that walks you through how to do things without having to call in.
Easy to use, great customer service, and they are consistently making thing better!

Cons
A little confusing at first but once you get use to the software it is easy to work with.
Like any program, there are a few quirks but Buildium does active updates to correct issues.

Pros
The service, follow up and attention to detail were fantastic.
They were quick and detailed in moving our files and keeping us up and open for business! They have been very responsive to our service requests.

Cons
Sometimes doesn't meet all our unique needs, but overall an excellent product.
The section for creating your own emails is a little hard to understand, otherwise no real dislikes.
