Re-Leased Software


 

Re-Leased is a cloud-based commercial property management solution. Key features include accounting, portfolio management, tenant communication, inspections, document storage and compliance management. The solution integrates with Xero and is able to syncs financial and tenant data with Xero in real time.

Re-Leased sends alerts and reminders to property managers regarding payment dates and daily tasks. It also provides a calendar dashboard that displays key actions items such as lease expiries, rent reviews, property inspections and safety compliance. The solution offers analytics features that helps to pull portfolio, property and tenancy reports.

Re-Leased allows administrators to assign access permissions. It also enables tenants to view lease terms and payment history, and they can log maintenance issues and track the progress of their request.

Support is available via email and phone.

Great customer care received from the support team. They always get back to you on your queries quickly and never forget to come back to you if something can't be helped/fixed straight away.

Pros

Very easy to use. Lots of features. Always updating and improving.

Cons

Its not very easy to get a report that you want and when you do it is not very clear. Re-leased are aware of this and are looking to improve this side of things in due course which will be great.

I have used many Property Management software packages throughout my career and in the short time of using Re-Leased I have to say it comes out tops. It is so easy to work with and obtain the information you need at a touch of a button. It is visually pleasing and has everything you need in order to operate an efficient Property Management service. It has unlimited potential and I am excited about working with Re-Leased going forward.

Cons

I have not come across a negative in all honesty - they have thought about everything.

the interface with Xero was driving reason for considering and it hasn't disappointed

Cons

not quite as intuitive as xero although this in part is due to situations being different on property by property basis.

My overall experience with Re-Leased has been very positive. It has allowed my team to grow quickly and efficiently and cut down on time consuming admin tasks.

Pros

Ease of use, available anywhere in the cloud, unlimited users, great customer service and help when needed, unlimited cloud storage

Cons

As an early adopter of this software there were a few kinks early on that didn't quite work the way we wanted them to work, however the team rectified these after we highlighted them

Very easy to learn and use and it has places to store all of the information required for quick reference anywhere and at any time.

A couple of the functions aren't straight forward e.g. loading new management fees if they differ from property to property.

Admin staff can learn the basics within a day, any thing more than the basics is hard to learn, easy to chen information on the property for example (how many beds and baths)

We were able to manage Opex at lot better. We were able to create regular/repeating payments to creditors.

Pros

Matching of payments. Bank Reconciliation. Creditors payments. Month End. Reporting and statements.

Cons

Management Fee setting can be made simpler. Managing Suspense Account - having to create an Income Invoice just to receipt to Suspense.

Easy to use. Trust accounting is really good. Training and onboarding has been really productive and enjoyable.

Cons

Cost .
Inputting big data. The big data drops are hard to use so we end up doing manually.
It would be good if there was a standard chart of accounts and tax items for properties where we dont manage accounts, only facilities and leases. Alternatively being able to enter info to leases without having a chart of accounts where we only manage certain aspects of the property/namely when we dont do accounting

Re-Leased is a very accurate and clean software to use. It has saved me 100s of hours chasing invoices, payments and maintenance tracking for my business! But what I like the most is how quick, efficient and amazingly friendly the customer support team is! Big shout out to Kim and Carolyn! All of it can be done from anywhere, so long as you've got an internet connection!

Cons

I'll admit I'm not the most experienced accounts person so the trust accounting part of the software does tend to be a little tedious! But that's more myself not being able to keep up with how efficient it is! But again, whenever I have a question the team answers straight away with the solution!

what I like most about the software is that tenants can access documents and view things themselves. it is great for storing all tenant information

The software is great but could be so much better! You should be able to calander in repairs and cc more than one person in! Also i feel you should be able to upload videos on tenatns portals not just images.
