Pros
This very easy to use & help full for manage a/c. This app use any one very easily & any time & amy where.
powerful invoicing and revenue management functionalities based on charges fully integrated with NetSuite ERP (reporting on projects in every financial report) large automation possibilties

Cons
standard forms overloaded more reports required (especially on resource utilisation)
We found it had slow/poor performance. It was very buggy and the reports were lacking. They could contain more detailed information.

Pros
It's really easy to use and with a great price.
This software is very easy to use. The new format released looks nice and handles our support needs in a very seamless manner.

Cons
Initially, UI was confusing. Gets a little time for initial setup. Once the setup is done, it becomes easy to use.
With the simplicity of Zoho Desk came a lack of more advanced tools. Otherwise, no complaints.
