Pros
the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with
Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

Cons
it is better than my IT skills . I get frustrated wishing I could know more do more . I wish I could email my entire data base not just 500 at a time. that would be very nice.
Not really sure if there is a feature that I do not like. The customer support has been very good as well. Not any negatives from my point of view.

Excellent design and useful recruitment system i have ever seen. Highly recommended and easy to use.
very fast compared to bullhorn and good features and faster and reliable. I can use it anywhere. Thanks

Cons
Overall performance is good but BI Reporting Features is very slow sometime
pages and searches dont function properly a few times but they have good customer service who solves fast
