Pros/Cons

Pros
the customer service is excellent and very responsive. even though I don't need it very frequently, they are great to work with
Love the flexibility that we get with BrightMove. Anything we are looking to do or add to the system, they work with us on getting setup and implemented. The support team is awesome!

Cons
it is better than my IT skills . I get frustrated wishing I could know more do more . I wish I could email my entire data base not just 500 at a time. that would be very nice.
Not really sure if there is a feature that I do not like. The customer support has been very good as well. Not any negatives from my point of view.

Great value, lots of useful features, support is very helpful
Easy to use, lot of functionality, excellent customer support.

Cons
Sometimes it gets difficult to upload few format of resumes however, this gets resolved quickly after taking assistance from the customer support
This software is reliable ,but try to update many more features as per the requests you are getting.
