MightBe is a cloud-based recruiting solution for midsize to large recruiting agencies worldwide. With backend capabilities to manage employers and accounts alike, MightBe also features a proprietary “Matching Matrix” to help recruiters match job seekers and applicants to job openings based on skills criteria.

With MightBe, users can automate key activities, from candidate resume (CV) management, posting job openings on boards and social media, vacancy management and backend staff operations. Meanwhile, MightBe can create career page websites where job seekers can register, search through vacancies, apply for vacancies and even upload a video profile.

Employers can also post and manage vacancies and search through resumes (CVs). Invoice management is built in, along with analytics and reporting functionality to analyze the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Documents can be downloaded and the status of job seekers and applicants can be managed as well. Pricing is based on a per-month basis.
