Patients usually wont take the time to review if there is a bunch of steps to follow. Review Ninja solves that problem. Getting a 5 star review is just simple clicks away through text or email.
Pros
Ease of use. Makes reviewing my business very easy for my patients. Easy to enter patients into the software.
Cons
Needs an app for mobile use next. Would be able to enter patient information in the rooms in real time.

Pros
This software has easily allowed me to generate more reviews than I normally would by sending links to patients and directing them to the appropriate review sites. Easy to use.
Cons
It self selects against only positive reviews, potentially skewing the true results of an organization.
