Pros/Cons

Pros
I like that it is a software, so I can use my own devices. No hidden costs and the service is good.
Ease of changing menu, multiple stations set-up on one account, easily used with router and no internet connection.

Cons
For the moment, it has been a good surprise in every way.
a must to choose a picture for the item before it can be saved is annoying

Pros
I absolutely love this this software. I’ve used it at multiple jobs I’ve had. It’s super easy to navigate and makes our jobs easier.
Awesome customer service! The rep is the best!

Cons
Customer service is mostly good but inconsistent. Pricing is slightly on the high side. I pay about $105 a month.
Only complaint is the desktop website, it's a bit messier and harder to use, but they have a great app so it makes up for it.
