Kudos is a cloud-based retail management solution that offers a suite of modules for charity-based retail stores, as well as furniture sales, boatyards and caravan dealerships. Core modules include point of sale, e-commerce, customer management and order management. On-premise deployments for Windows 7 and Windows 10 are also available.
Charity retailers can manage their shop staff and volunteers with Kudos and build a centralized donor database. The system can generate barcodes for traditional sales or barcodes for donations.
Kudos offers a marine management system that includes tools to manage boat repair workshops, front-end sales, parts exchanges, static mooring and more. Shop owners can manage their stock inventories and automate reordering of parts. Furniture retailers can also use Kudos to manage stock, accept and deliver orders and schedule shifts.
Kudos is available for an annual subscription that includes support via phone and email.
