Pros/Cons

Pros
This app is extremely awesome It’s like a pos system for schedules and I love it
I love that it’s customizable to my business needs and appearance and that it’s so easy to use!

Cons
The only thing that I don’t like is the price due to having my own business it can get very costly, but nothing is free in this world so I’m still willing to pay for a membership
The only drawback is the user interface. I find it a bit clunky in the initial set up of schedules. Once that's done, however, it works flawlessly.

Excellent service from setting up to training and implementation

Cons
overall we are happy with the software, only small issues would be the ability to customize things sometimes needed by us.
It is a little expensive on the pocket for smaller business units with limited features.
