Pros/Cons

Pros
This program is very easy to use and very simple. I use it daily and on my phone. It makes my work life easier.
I love the fact that it is so easy to use. Our staff loves the option to download the app on their phones and look at their schedules while on the go!

Cons
Booker is great for a Spa business but lacks optimization and flexibility to handle classes and workshops.
When clients try to book online through Booker, it sometimes does not put them on the books, or the slot is already filled and we will get double booked.

What I love most about this software is that it’s very easy to use and you can customize it to your preferences. Love that it reminds you of Any upcoming appointment as well keeps track Of them.

Cons
I have been using this software for quite some time and I don’t have no. Complains as of yet , it would be nice if they have a sms option
