Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The pricing was excellent and it had most all the features we were looking for. The support is real time and very helpful.

  • Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

  • Cons

  • There are editing issues at times, they have been improved since we started using the product so it has become less annoying then when we started but there are still some minor issues.

  • It does take the documents (depending on the size) a while to load sometimes. So I wish that was a bit quicker, but once it has loaded you can navigate through it with no problems.

  • It captures a lot of information that you can easily access in one place. Very helpful when managing multiple loads. Being able to duplicate previous load requests is a big advantage.

  • Easy to use website find the best price shipping.

  • Cons

  • It would be better if they had a version that was just for Tarco, but since they have many other customers using their software, we realize that is not possible.

  • The thing I liked the least about this product is that this survey will not allow me to finish without typing something I don't like.
