Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • So intuitive, continously improved with more and more interesting and useful features, amazing customer service, enables to do almost all what I can imagine.

  • Multi-lingual, easy, powerful, excellent reporting

  • Cons

  • The difficulty to change the lay-out of questions and the invitation mail. There are some buttons, but the options are limited.

  • No major disadvantages. Some difficulties while switching between different languages in one questionnaire. You can't just copy a list of answers any more.

  • Pros

  • Easy to setup and customize. Nothing flashy here, but also not expensive. You know what you are paying for. This can help you get results quickly.

  • Super simple and easy to use Very user friendly

  • Cons

  • Worked well with Constant and Contact and NEON CRM but we did not find it as adaptable/integrateable with MS Access.

  • It can be difficult at the beginning to handle all the raw data, once you get a hang of it you will find how useful is all the information.
