Pros/Cons

Pros
I really like the fact that it has many features and it is fast and good
This app is very easy to use. It's very easy to find events and save them by clicking on the heart. I also like how the app saves your tickets.

Cons
The one con I came across is that we couldn't find a way to request donations for a free ticket. Or a way to purchase a ticket for an entire family? But other than that we still love the software!
It does feel a little cheap since the UI is not designed for a fast-paced environment, the invite links happen to go corrupt often but it doesn't take away how good en efficient the app is.

Pros
It is easy to use the basics of the program. The support I received was great on the things I did not know.
Having used this 3 years now, I appreciate being able to access previous years' info and descriptions. The reporting functionality is fantastic and I love being able to see results in real time.

Cons
Because there are so many features to this software, the learning process is a little daunting. However, once you get through it you'll have all you need to make sure that each campaign is successful.
It is a little costly but still in line with other "similar" software
