Eventbrite vs Silent Auction Pro

The one con I came across is that we couldn't find a way to request donations for a free ticket. Or a way to purchase a ticket for an entire family? But other than that we still love the software!

It does feel a little cheap since the UI is not designed for a fast-paced environment, the invite links happen to go corrupt often but it doesn't take away how good en efficient the app is.

Because the software is so rich in features and versatile, it takes a bit of patience to determine what aspects of the features we were using and which didn't apply to our specific needs.

Data entry is cumbersome and a bit archaic, difficulty navigating within the program to find what you're looking for. However the reward the day of your event makes it all worthwhile.
