Works For Any Level
Pros
The ease of use on our end was a major positive. Also, that they were able to cater to our small operation, but we still have the potential to grow into other features of the platform like the in-stadium amenities. The low cost per ticket was also appealing for us.
Cons
The only real downside was that our fans struggled to sign up through the app, but that likely can be attributed to user error and us not pushing it out there on our end. We are looking to solve all of those problems going into our second year!

HappsNow Ticketing Software/User Friendliness
Great ticketing solution for minor league or amateur teams just starting out.
Pros
Great guys to work with and very good customer service. Easy to use once you get figured out on the stripe account and basecamp, most of which they will do for you.
Cons
Still an establishing product people arent used to. Needs ability to check out as guest vs. creating account.

Awesome software
We have overall loved the concept from the start. We are excited to have it all season

Any adjustment needed the team was quick to respond and solve.
Cons
None to be honest. The software is easy to use and quite reliable
