Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, great back office and web presence, and great customer support

  • Patron records and ticketing histories are terrific. I love that we can make notes about each order------we use this function 80% of time----SO helpful. The maps are great.

  • Cons

  • Setting up each user preference is important. I found that if a setting isn't correct it could cause problems down the line.

  • There is a lag time with support and sometimes requests have gone unanswered.

  • This Box Office system is amazing, works perfectly, and support is first class.

  • they are very user friendly and we have always got positive remarks and cheers from our customers. Thanks to TS

  • Cons

  • I did find it hard to work out how to do a couple of things, but I phoned in for help and it was sorted out very quickly.

  • The only thing (as a charity) we don't like is that any donations also get a surcharge as it feels like a heavy penalty on people's generosity over and above what they pay for their ticket fee.
