Pros/Cons

Pros
I love that I can use it anywhere. I am on-the-go most of the time, and it's easy to pull a patient's record up on my phone if I need a quick look.
Easy to learn. Reliable system. Wonderful customer support.

Cons
Interface is not ideal for mobile, integration with payment processors is limited, but really good if you use the supported merchants.
My only suggestion: link zip codes to towns so that when you're adding a client and type in the zip code, it auto-populates to the correct town.

I love the ease of use the most with this software. It is so user friendly to people who are not good with computers.

Cons
The only con has been the learning curve - the software can do so much that it can get a bit overwhelming. But this is easily addressed by the fabulous customer support.
It is so feature rich, but really lacks on the help guides to allow you to implement all the features on your own. Spend a lot of time reaching out for help
