Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very straight forward, easy to learn and use.

  • I love that I can use it anywhere. I am on-the-go most of the time, and it's easy to pull a patient's record up on my phone if I need a quick look.

  • Cons

  • Interface is not ideal for mobile, integration with payment processors is limited, but really good if you use the supported merchants.

  • My only suggestion: link zip codes to towns so that when you're adding a client and type in the zip code, it auto-populates to the correct town.

  • Pros

  • It is very user friendly...easy to navigate, looks professional.

  • The software is very easy to use and understans. Customer service is FANTASTIC!

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it gets a little slow. But honestly we cant tell if that's our wifi or not. Other than that we can't complain about anything else!

  • It's a little pricey, but well worth the investment to be able to communicate with clients in real-time.
