Pros
I love the ease of use the most with this software. It is so user friendly to people who are not good with computers.
Beautiful software Great support Heaps of features Easy to use

Cons
The only con has been the learning curve - the software can do so much that it can get a bit overwhelming. But this is easily addressed by the fabulous customer support.
It is so feature rich, but really lacks on the help guides to allow you to implement all the features on your own. Spend a lot of time reaching out for help

Easy to navigate and use lots of features and good function
Simple and easy to use even for me, quick to learn and very practical for all using the system

Cons
A bit clunky, fails once in a while, security settings controlled by another party make it difficut to get problems resolved in-house.
The client accounts can sometimes be difficult for the average user to work out
