Pros/Cons

Pros
I love all features of this software. Very easy to use. I had upgraded recently and I like the new chages.
this software was easy to navigate and the layout was not overwhelming but clean and simple.

Cons
Links are sometimes difficult to open but overall ok
Navigating the back side. It is fine once you are trained how to utilize the system but if you come in after implementation as a manager, the hunt and find method is very difficult.

Simple and easy to use even for me, quick to learn and very practical for all using the system

Cons
A bit clunky, fails once in a while, security settings controlled by another party make it difficut to get problems resolved in-house.
The client accounts can sometimes be difficult for the average user to work out
