Great network with expensive plns
Pros
Its network is very good. I am using it from around 2 years and its speed is very fast.

Experience with AT&T
I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for over nine years. My experience with AT&T has been great from adding lines to my account and purchasing new devices. AT&T has ha interest free installment plan for most devices that they offer which I am currently utilizing. The customer service department is outstanding and has assisted me with every concern I may have had with my account. I also love the different type of payment methods they offer such as paying over the phone or paying at the kiosk at the store location.

AT&T Connect
Pros
Easy to use and more user friendly than other softwares I've used. Generally good quality and has nice features. Working remotely has increased the use of virtual meetings so it is nice to have good software available.
Cons
Quality sometimes dips but that is typical when not on a work network. With everyone working from home, the connection can be difficult to predict.

Works well for the price for a small company
Pros
Technical service is normally pretty quick, no major issues with the service really like the online fax options so we don't have to pay for an extra phone line.
Cons
Not easy to find help when trying to buy replacement phones you can't just buy any old business line phone.

Great communication
Overall very satisfied with this since I have issue's almost daily with my internet.
Pros
A lot of times I have issues with my internet due to being in a rural area, this allows me to connect quickly with a representative who can virtually connect to my modem and fix the issue or see what the issue is.
Cons
My cell service is limited so it sometimes is hard to get a connection with a representative to fix the issue.
