Pros/Cons

Pros
The system is well build, never failed (in our case) and easy to use
The online application is extremely user friendly. Phones always work great. Phones come ready to go!

Cons
Phone changes my settings every night. Other than that, it is great!
The only problem we had was with our internet connection.

Pros
Very easy to use and effective. Love the minimalist user interface. Does not suck up too much battery.
Love using this tool at work! Very easy to use and communicate at work with coworkers without interrupting them too much!

Cons
The only disadvantage is that when there are connections with low bandwidth, the video freezes a lot, but the alternative of making only voice calls solves it.
Desktop plugin sometimes freezes but while it is running correctly it is great
