Pros/Cons

Pros
The system is well build, never failed (in our case) and easy to use
The online application is extremely user friendly. Phones always work great. Phones come ready to go!

Cons
Phone changes my settings every night. Other than that, it is great!
The only problem we had was with our internet connection.

Pros
the interface is amazing and its combination with windows makes it easy to learn and use. Its a great utility for mutiple purposes
This software is amazing. It makes it super easy to have video calls with coworkers all over the world.

Cons
Very few complaints, but some of the settings can be difficult to find / tweak (i.e. notifications, sounds/alerts)
My only complaint would be it can be a little slow sometimes, but other from that it's great.
