Large contact centers should use Cisco Business Edition
Pros
Ideal for large contact center having 50 and above representatives logged in to take calls. With its setup having a telephone hardware on each workstation, a clearer and better connection regardless of your location. It has a stable connection thus providing a higher call quality on each customer interaction. You can easily log in and log-out. You can also choose other agent status with the hardware and expect accuracy on agent productivity and working hours on the reports. You can easily learn the different features and functionality and customer support is always fast and helpful.
Cons
Though there are cheaper softwares, Cisco’s subscription package can be costly. Expect higher pricing for using Cisco but definitely it is worth it because it provides the best quality for all your call center needs.

5 years of use in a very large hospital/physician practice network
Pros
Never experienced any issues with this system. There were probably tens of thousands of phones and users in our network. Gave a lot of options to transfer to internal extensions or outside lines, to park the call for someone else to pick up, place on hold, etc. Conference calling was even simple and that is something I have never been able to achieve in other phone systems without hanging up on someone.
Cons
There really were not any cons in my experience with this system over the 5 years I used it. I have nothing bad to say.

Very good and easy to use. And support is great.
Pros
They are very easy to use and the features are great. Soft phone and IP phones product are top of the line and overwhelming.

Interfacing with another brand becomes always a problem with Cisco products. It is kinda hard to establish multi vendor set up.
