Microsoft Teams vs MightyCall

Very few complaints, but some of the settings can be difficult to find / tweak (i.e. notifications, sounds/alerts)

My only complaint would be it can be a little slow sometimes, but other from that it's great.

Reporting could be more robust, but is adequate.

MightyCall is missing a few advances features present in more established phone providers, but I have no doubt that they will continue working and adding these features over time.
