Pros/Cons

Pros
Excellent customer service. Always available to help with the very few issues that come up. Sound quality is perfect. But the very best aspect of Ooma—low low monthly cost. At least 1/4 AT and T!
The connection quality is great, and having an app that allows our clients to call us at our local home office number (or vice versa) even while we are on the other side of the world is GOLDEN!

Cons
Setting up numbers was a little confusing but support was great at helping.
it strictly relies on high speed network, and living here in my area, there's outages from the ISP...other than that, it's still pretty good!

Pros
Works every single time. Great sound quality and very clear video. Love the ease of use.
Really easy to use and pick up on, great interface

Cons
There are connectivity issues sometimes, but they are very rare. When issues do arrive they are able to be resolved quickly
Every aspect of this software is amazing, the only thing i would like improved is that the video if the group is large often freezes and lose connections.
