Pros/Cons
Pros
- It helps us secure many mobile application which contains the SPI data. The security is good, User Interface is good.
- Initially this software seemed like a seamless integration to our MDM needs on our Samsung devices. Price seemed good, feature-set seemed perfect.
- The best thing about the product is their support; they are extremely helpful and very responsive. The pricing is also competitive, and the product is easy to use.
Cons
- The update system is a little confusing to use.
- There can be a delay between the device and in the portal by a few seconds. Sometimes it doesn't work properly, making it unreliable.
- I need documentation for solving the problem and detailed information of each function.
Pros
- I think my overall experience in using VantageMDM is great. To be honest, I am super happy that I was able to enjoy the benefits of the service as I am super challenged before with managing my data.
- They have good customer service, the technician that did the installation was very good, polite, patient and professional.
- Loved using the software, It integrates easily into our organization and helps us ensure that we are secure. The functionalities have been great to use.

- Absolutely nothing I can say that is wrong about this product.
- Honestly, I don't believe there is anything negative about the software.
- There is no difficulty with the features or usage. The configuration is fast, easy to install and user-friendly.
