"It's easy for our clients to remote into their work DTs when they are working from home and I can monitor to ensure everything goes well."

"It has been a positive experience, very useful for to remote in clients machines for those that do not have a support contract with us."

"Users don't like the web interface as much on a remote desktop computer, so we push them to download the desktop App to access their workstations."

"A lot of the add-on features (security, automations) don't work quite as well as other solutions we use, like M365 Defender or PDQ Deploy / Inventory"

"It can sometimes get problem with proxy settings where you can't change the settings because logmein can't connect without the proxy"
