I love being able to see the visual maps of where our customers are going, clicking, and spending time.

Great product but better for the price for a small-mid sized business.

Crazy Egg will also not give you answers, only information, so don't expect this to tell you what to change.

Maybe one day there will be a platform that does everything, but for now I'll keep using Crazy Egg.

Overall I liked it, super simple to install and use.

Very pleased and satisfied with data that Crazy Egg provides to give us a better understanding about our audience.

We would even pay 10% more for monthly billing, vs annual pre-pay.

Also sometimes the data seemed to be bit confusing.

It's really easy to just use A/B testing for different website texts/article headlines. The offered 30 day trial period is sufficient enough to make a decision about continuing.

How cool is the heat mapping tool. This was easy to use and very insightful.

They do a good job of displaying the data captured as the heat map is running and making it easy to understand.

I was unable to create white label reports which is a shame.

It was easy to use to track scrolling, click rates, and recordings. It is much better than Lucky Orange, but I haven't tried any other competitors.

It is worth to use to increase the interest of the site and keep the user for longer.

I love the confetti view where I can see where my visitors are clicking and where I might be losing them. Their customer service is also top notch.

The software to use when searching UX Design problems.

Great tool to identify painpoints of the UX of a website.

If you are interested in the flow of users through your site, then the traffic analysis tools included in crazyegg are the most advanced and complex on the market.

TryMyUI needs to grow more plus it would be really helpful to get some text/speech analytics feature.

The pricing flexibility is great. If you get on a call with them, they're very polite and able to customize certain aspects of the plans.

It is offering various attempts for the user to improve their qualification- rating which I liked the most.

Completing tests using their software is really easy. You get a lot of good advice and feedback on your tests.

It does take some work to get qualify to be a tester, but it is worth it. I've done a few tests and all of my reviews have been accepted and I was paid through paypal promptly.

The feedback from the company after I give a review is very critical. They need to provide more specific directions as to what they are looking for in the directions.

Due to its poorer UI, it initially seems a lot harder than it really is.

Started off good, but the lack of any care for customers, feedback is so evident in the responses and lack of.

I like most that this software is free. That  is all it has going for it.

There are many tests, they pay correctly, and i's very easy to use.

Completed certain tasks but got rejected without reason.

Nothing... very clunky to use. Software difficult to use effectively.

At this point the cost was prohibitive so we opted not to renew. Without warning, once our final month of subscription came to an end, our account was suspended and almost two years of videos gone.

The app on the phone works really well. The user interface is easy to work with, and the usability of the website is easy to navigate.

We were long term customers to trymyui on a rather costly monthly plan.

Trymyui has a comprehensive feature set. Most of the time we got good data and on the most part testers were good too.

It's a good company to earn money but their customer service can be bi-polar at times.

Despite numerous emails and messages, no one has been back in touch to help. Very bitter taste left in my mouth.

Limited space for Testers. You must be quick and diligent to the requirements set forth and timely in responding to requests if you want to be a part of any Tests on this site.

I do not pay attention to TryMyUI's feedback critical feedback at times.

We initially thought we'd only need to test the redesign of our journalism homepage, so we ran the free trial.

Pricing and customer support were the worst thing about trymyui. It's a real shame as I feel it has potential.

You get a personal  success manager at the Team level to help you with usability testing in general (not just how to use the platform, but she actually knew the industry inside and out).
