Hotjar has an amazing feature which allows to record user behavior. It is extremely useful to understand how users are interacting with your product.

The biggest downside is that I am unable to use the heatmap functionality for the email signup popup that is located on the site.

Good tool at an affordable price to understand how consumers engage and behave.

It is very easy to integrate using google manager or directly paste the code. One of the best thing in HotJar is Heatmaps it shows me which part of my website are working well.

Really cool tool to help you evaluate where users go when on your site. The software is intuitive and has nice reporting.

The learning curve is basically flat. The product is cheap and has a great free version.

It's easy to use, and provides me with detailed information on which elements of my site are working 'well' and which are underutilised. The 'video replay' function is the best feature for this.

HotJar is great for anyone who has a website and offers a paid monthly service and wants to improve the user experience. It's also cheaper than some other services we've used.

Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.

Love how easy Hotjar is to use, the features allow you to really gain an insight into what webpages are working and what aren't - allowing you to boost user experience and conversions.

It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.

Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.

In my opinion, Hotjar has at least two big problems, first is the limited page height that is set at 1500px and the second one is the disabled feature for cross-domains.

Hotjar helps you understand how your users interact with your website. I work at a SaaS and it has been very helpful in improving our UX/UI and also for customer support related tasks.

Loved how easy installation was. You just need to remember generating these for each landing page, but otherwise it is so easy to just get the code and install it on your page, it's great.

TryMyUI needs to grow more plus it would be really helpful to get some text/speech analytics feature.

The pricing flexibility is great. If you get on a call with them, they're very polite and able to customize certain aspects of the plans.

It is offering various attempts for the user to improve their qualification- rating which I liked the most.

Completing tests using their software is really easy. You get a lot of good advice and feedback on your tests.

It does take some work to get qualify to be a tester, but it is worth it. I've done a few tests and all of my reviews have been accepted and I was paid through paypal promptly.

The feedback from the company after I give a review is very critical. They need to provide more specific directions as to what they are looking for in the directions.

Due to its poorer UI, it initially seems a lot harder than it really is.

Started off good, but the lack of any care for customers, feedback is so evident in the responses and lack of.

I like most that this software is free. That  is all it has going for it.

There are many tests, they pay correctly, and i's very easy to use.

Completed certain tasks but got rejected without reason.

Nothing... very clunky to use. Software difficult to use effectively.

At this point the cost was prohibitive so we opted not to renew. Without warning, once our final month of subscription came to an end, our account was suspended and almost two years of videos gone.

The app on the phone works really well. The user interface is easy to work with, and the usability of the website is easy to navigate.

We were long term customers to trymyui on a rather costly monthly plan.

Trymyui has a comprehensive feature set. Most of the time we got good data and on the most part testers were good too.

It's a good company to earn money but their customer service can be bi-polar at times.

Despite numerous emails and messages, no one has been back in touch to help. Very bitter taste left in my mouth.

Limited space for Testers. You must be quick and diligent to the requirements set forth and timely in responding to requests if you want to be a part of any Tests on this site.

I do not pay attention to TryMyUI's feedback critical feedback at times.

We initially thought we'd only need to test the redesign of our journalism homepage, so we ran the free trial.

Pricing and customer support were the worst thing about trymyui. It's a real shame as I feel it has potential.

You get a personal  success manager at the Team level to help you with usability testing in general (not just how to use the platform, but she actually knew the industry inside and out).
