I think all the tools in the UsabilityHib are fantastic and we are big fans of at POP. The quality of the feedback is great as we as the overall speed of getting a survey set up.

Some of the instructions to the test participants are unclear, especially when they need to interact with images. We tend to send instructions to supplement what's on the screen.

Usability hub has great pre-canned tests that give fast and accurate data. Their support service is the best.

You review the content and answer 2-3 questions and your done. It is fun to use as well and you get to help brands improve with your oppinion.

Sometimes I have gotten rated bad for something I did correctly at times which made no sense, and I don't receive an explanation why I got it wrong.

It's not very frequent and if you dont respond fast you miss out on participating.

When you respond not fast it can be missed and sometimes not frequent.

I dont like that some users are outside the target group that Im looking for.

This gives our clients great insights and is used as part of a wider CRO methodology.

The website software layout looks really nice because it is organized and it sticks to the same color theme throughout the website. The buttons work good even during tests.

I wish I could filter the testers based on the industry. Billing is not the most convenient — you have to pay both subscription and per test, which is difficult to explain to management.

Heat-maps and click rates would be very useful to incorporate, along with data on how many participants fail certain parts of the screener to identify where the drop off rates are.

Userlytics is great for cost effective user testing.

Really like the visual charts of responses, which I'm able to copy and paste in my presentation, great quality of video/audio recordings, and the overall layout of the platform.

Setting up a test is easy and the 2 preview options are very useful and effective. For participants, joining a test session was easy.

I thought the preview experience also was better than user testing to experience the test myself. I also found that their support team was extremely responsive when I needed help with my credits.

I also appreciate that they offer a wide variety of test types. Putting together a test on this site is quite easy, and I love their preview function.

We mainly run it for unmoderated or moderated user tests. The availability to high quality participants was great, even for profiles that are difficult to find.

The pricing structure is straightforward and very reasonable. I like the fact you can purchase credits as needed.

Many of my known users who are new got nothing since they have joined. It's very outdated and conservative also its interface is very dull and very unappealing to clients too.

Many say it's easy to use but hold on. You won't get any tests and that's frustrating, what's even more frustrating is that the App doesn't record the test properly  and some surveys don't work.

In general, the credit system is overly complicated and my #1 pain point.

Not mentioning the overheads and paperwork we avoid as a result of not conducting them ourselves.

Userlytics is a cloud-based remote user testing and research platform, which helps businesses gain insights into user's journey by recording screen of test participants as they interact with websites, web or mobile applications, prototypes, or competitor's site. Features include picture-in-picture recording, hyperlinked annotations, device targeting, card sorting, tree testing and automated transcriptions.
