Some Knowledgebase instructions are difficult to follow. Unable to schedule notices to take action, such as when disconnects should be done.

The software is not very intuitive. It is difficult to remember all the steps to just run a report.

Account history is difficult to follow. Needs to be put into a different format.

I'm still in the learning curve but am getting much more comfortable and fortunately not having to make as many phone calls as before due to the excellent staff that works with me.

The software is a powerful one has taken care of all necessary aspects of managing water bills and has great reports.

I could continue to sing their praises, as they all well deserve it. I thank each and everyone of them that have brought me through the rough times I've experienced trying to learn.

Fairly user friendly, GREAT Customer Support, willingness to try to make the Program more of what is needed by taking Customer suggestions and trying to implement them.

We had some problems because of our old software. She  has been working with Quikwater for so long that it is hard for her to come down to a beginners level for teaching.

I had a very good experience. The customer support and training was great.

We mostly use this via mobile phone. I have four people on my team that use this and it was extremely easy for them to learn how to use it.

I don't need to read meter photos, as our building tech enters the numbers into Genea’s system directly. However, the photos are available for auditing purposes, which is great.

The best feature is providing our utility invoices to Genea and they provide a professional and clean submeter statement that can be presented to the tenants.

I think sometimes it can be difficult when you deal with different people MTM putting together your billing because you get the same questions asked a lot.

Platform is very functional and great customer support.

Tenants that have several meters are charged $25 per meter, I get a lot of complaints for that.

Overall, I enjoy working with Genea. It helps me get an accurate billing for the tenants, I can download past statements, I can see meter reading, etc.

The delay in receiving the monthly statements and billings, along with the inaccuracy makes it questionable (20%).

The only problem that we have had was uploading. That problem was user error.

This is a great experience and saves me hours each month to work on other aspects of our business. I was spending around 3-4 hours each month pulling data and compiling statements.
