  • Pros

  • The support team is fantastic. They have been good communicators and fix our problems right away.
  • The feature we have found to be most useful is the BOSS811 integration with our ESRI ArcGIS Geographic Information System (GIS). The process is seamless.
  • Cons

  • That I didn't find it sooner, had to suffer with another vendor until I found this.
  • Desktop notifications on Microsoft platform does not have much flexibility.

  • The ability to quickly find information is important in local governments. The report functions are very customizable to specific needs.
  • Cartegraph continues to improve their mobile and web-based software based on community feedback, and their support is top notch.

  • Most all of my users are not able to make their own reports due to how difficult they are to build.
  • Sometimes getting the scenario builder portion to function the way I want is difficult.
