  • Pros

  • I like that this software makes it easy for not only for our tenants but also for our staff for the scheduling of overtime HVAC.
  • Easy to put in a request for after hours air. Great customer service if you ever need to get a hold of someone for help.
  • Cons

  • I don't get advised on what the error is. For example if access is not granted, I would have to call someone to find out why.
  • Sometimes can be confusing while adding specific time zones.

  • It's a robust, comprehensive solution from a well-known and established supplier. They have great support and help for customization.

  • I do not have anything that I disliked about this software, it was everything that it promised and more.
  • Hard to customize and expensive high investment (human resources and money). Requires high skillful staffs to operate.
