The visual calendar makes all the difference when your looking across properties to find a customer another location. Have my listings on google is a game changer for my marketing campaigns. Its been easy to use and customer support is always there for you. #### Cons The jury is still out on their pricing tools. But I have not tried their updated tools to see if they have aligned better with my specific market. I don't have any other software that has a team that responsive. #### Cons There really isn't anything I don't like about it. I haven't had anything go wrong that wasn't my own fault. #### Reasons for choosing iGMS Over all of the others, I felt iGMS was the best bang for the buck. If I ever choose to expand, it will grow with me. The price was great. I don't think you can beat it for what you get. Service is incredible. IGMS allows me to manage all listing from all platforms in one place. They also just partnered up with pricelabs, which saves me a ton of time! The a very quick to respond when i need assistance. ANd they are constantly adding more management tools to make the user experience better. I'm so glad a choose them and have bee working with them for over 2 years now. #### Cons Just like any software, they don't have all the tools, but they had the best option for me. plus they are always adding additional tools. The migration to Booking.com wasn't as seamless as the rest of the platforms, and there are a few minor details in the application of the "direct booking widget" that I wish would get added. But as i've mentioned above, I have recommended product development ideas before to their team, and often times, the tool gets added! #### Reasons for choosing iGMS It seemed to have the tools that I personally needed for my business. We have been using them since January 2022 - 3-1/2 years now. The coordination between admin and renters is extraordinary with the inbox feature and the automations of many templates that can be sent out with little effort on our part. Connecting the iGMS program with the external channels such as Airbnb and VRBO was a breeze to set up. We even had a property owner switch when the properties were sold and iGMS could easily go on as if no property owner switch had taken place. In other words, we did not have to take-down and rebuild from scratch. I have never seen such robust programming have such a user friendly management. iGMS has thought of it all and has really put their users as their highest priority. Every single chat support agent is a real human being and extremely knowledgeable and very fast with their answers, never having to wait on them and never having to get frustrated with them. I cannot say enough about the entire platform and I highly recommend them. I also appreciate how responsive they are to support inquiries. The cost of iGMS is very reasonable when compared to some of their competition. #### Cons I wish it synced with Quickbooks. But, not many PMSs do. Sometimes syncing doesn't line up perfectly, but support always comes through in the end. #### Reasons for choosing iGMS Cost. Hostaway was clunky, confusing, and difficult to navigate, but iGMS has made everything so much easier. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, and I was able to get up and running quickly without frustration. Their support team is also outstanding — fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Managing my rentals is no longer a headache thanks to iGMS.
