It is amazing to have ease of mind, knowing your Airbnb guests will receive reminders, notification, etc. All automated while you are traveling.

Easy to pair and integrate with STR platforms. Nice to have a backup and reminder for reservation inquiries and bookings, along with messages sent through the platforms from travelers.

Very powerful, I like that it integrates will so many different STR platforms. I also like that it can organize the cleaning team.

The integration with AirBNB, VRBO and others make this software a great option. It’s easy to use, straight forward and easy to pickup and learn without lessons.

This is a great help to me as the host of two Airbnb properties. What I especially like is that it's free if you list 4 or less properties.

The automated messaging feature is great - really intuitive to use and customize the messages being sent. Customer service is pretty good, and easy to work with.

The support team are amazing. Every query or bug discovered has been dealt with very promptly, can not fault their support at all, one of the best teams I have had to deal with.

The way that my calendars are synced is awesome. Also automation of messages is a huge plus.

The price and calendar synchronisation saves so much time. The Team management feature for cleaners and maintenance is also a great feature.

Overall it has been a great experience because of the Customer support. That has been top notch.

Pricing is very difficult but it seems they are working on pricing feature.

The app is simply amazing. I can communicate with the guest in no time and most of the clients are pretty satisfied by the way we reply to out guest.

With VRscheduler we have a solution that works excellent for our needs. When we asked for a German version the team responded quickly and together we launched the German version within a 2 or 3 weeks.

How easy the learning curve was for staff and employees. Love the ICal link for VRBO and Airbnb.

More so, VRS has definitely added value to our guest services protocol - hope our requests can be successfully integrated as well.

Recommend but it's a time and financial investment.

Once all your information is loaded (which the VRS team will do during your trial period) the ease of use is very simple and user friendly.

Sometimes when updating task rules I would have to think twice about what I needed to push or not push when updating but the system has plenty of notes and warnings to assist with this.

The setup can be a little tricky. It can be complicated at first to set up your employees.

The level of customer support and care is over the top. We have been able to streamline housekeeper payroll and functionality.

It can be somewhat difficult to navigate between each tab/task.
