Pros
- Awesome experience with[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and team. They've been nothing but responsive and helpful and I can't wait to use them for additional properties in the future.
- Extremely Happy with airguide. It provides my guests with all the necessary information and recommendations in an easy to read format with beautiful images, customer service is top notch.
- Jamie's responsiveness and ability to locate and fix or recommend work-arounds is unparalleled. A huge Thanks to you and to Air Guide for understanding the old-school concept of customer service.
Cons
- It's not the most intuitive for guests to navigate. With all the information necessary, it can be difficult for some things to stand out.
- Maybe the fact that there was no place to incorporate my social media pages.
- I wanted an alternative to having a book in the airbnb that would lose pages or get lost or rip etc.
Pros
- In my less than 6 months of experience with BS, I can confidently say that it has been a fantastic and user-friendly application.
- Never had a worry--Brightside has outstanding uptime. Great customer service--the team listens to your concerns and helps you find solutions or answers.
- I love the fact that we can customize it for the way we need it to work best for the front desk and our guests.
Cons
- If there is anything I disliked about the software it was because of my own lack of understanding.
- Inability to differentiate between discount periods.
- To be honest I can't think of anything that stands out. Most of the problems in the software are operator error.
