Easy to use and set up properties and integrate with channel managers such as Rentals United (which we use) and BookingPal. Lots of great functionality.

And any question or issue has been dealt with very promptly. Customer service is great.

As a new business operator, I appreciate that Bookerville  provides plenty of explanation about each feature. That has caused our start-up experience to be more simple than I anticipated.

This is a great software for vacation rentals. The customer service is also great and usually responds within an hour or so.

First I must say that when I was searching for a booking engine there were many problems with other companies that would not work for my application. I am a Bed and Breakfast.

Bookerville has many capabilities and is extremely easy to use. I would not be able to keep up with all my rentals without it.

One real good thing about it is that every now and then you have a question, you get an answer quickly and always from someone who knows what he/she is talking about.

But when this happens I like to check Bookerville it works perfectly.

I have used Bookerville for over three years now and have no intentions of going anywhere else.

Support is the best of any software that we've ever owned or bought in to. The support is quick, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping make the software as effective as it can be.

Their Software is buggy and did not work. With no refund its basically theft or fraud.

The clear and intuitive interface of Breezeway is my favorite feature as our company's primary administrator. The processes for building anything from home profiles to checklists is clear-cut.

There is a lag time between our Channel Management Software and Breezeway that has created a few issues when we receive last-minute bookings. The messaging feature can load slowly sometimes.

Huge improvement to the manual scheduling we were managing prior to Breezeway. Communications across the team, in real-time, has sped up our turn-days and improved the overall guest experience.

Breezeway has been amazing to work with and with Breezeway we have been able to improve our operations and streamline many tasks.

I decided to give this one a try and we have been blown away. It is going to give me so much information on how we run our business, and how much tasks and supplies are truly costing me.

The ability to customize inspections has been very valuable due to our luxury homes which are all very unique.

It takes time to setup but I'm not sure how you could change that component of it. Other areas include: It is slow to update.

Easy to use and navigate. Easy to personalize and really nice interface.

The software is easy for our field staff to operate and give us an effective safeguard against home issues. Lastly, their customer support is personal and friendly.

Work order reporting to homeowners is a huge improvement, and the history of work at the property is great for guest and homeowner reference. The Breezeway support team is the best in the industry.

There is no way to notify us when an update is made- example- our housekeeping staff puts in meter reads- Unless I am already in Breezeway, I do not know if this project has been completed.

So glad we found this software to better manage our company & guests.
