It's an odd feature to be missing, because everything else about every unit and office is customizable (the correspondence documents, the booking modules, the rate plans and the unit setup.

Correspondence is attractive and easy to customize. The various tools available for setting rates/manipulating rates are easy to use.

I really like the fact that you take Feedback seriously. It's nice when something I'm interested in seeing comes to fruition.

Customer service is superb, staff is friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the staff.

We do take advantage of Escapia.net and have recently integrated online booking capabilities with HomeAway and so far, so good. Our rating reflects our satisfaction with the functionality that we use.

Very robust feature list. I couldn't possibly manage our rental list without a strong piece of software like Escapia.

There have been a few snags here and there, but overall I think the software is great.

Extremely difficult to navigate and they seem to have issues with the login pages; I have had to re-register 3 times within the last 5 months. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

It is old and dated with very few updates in the last four years. The reporting and rate engines are frustrating to use and it has a number of oddities that make training and using difficult.

If you advertise on HomeAway websites like VRBO the integration is seamless and easy.

I love the ability for my cleaning company to log on and see what jobs are available to clean also the ability to send messages to me about situations they come across while cleaning.

For me Lodgix has been the most user friendly finding after years of research. And what I like most, is the quickness of customer service, although they are based in US and I am from from Europe.

So trying to look it up in the manual is hard.
