What I most like about Hostify is the complete set of solutions and it is suitable if you have only one property to manage or several.

Hostify has probably been the worst decision we made in our software selection process. I am embarrassed at the poor quality of this software.

I personally only have 1 apartment to rent and Hostify was the perfect solution for my needs.

It got so bad that we had to have a full time person checking the information on all our properties on the various channels.

It helps me to respond to hosts inquires in a timely manner, since formulas are already in place and information is stored.

The integration of the Air Bnb properties onto this program was easy. Once you understand where to find certain information it becomes user friendly.

Hostify is really easy to use and has a lot of features. A bonus is that they are always improving and adding features.

Customer service is sometimes overnight response and the Housekeeping feature is more suited for hotel management companies. Housekeeping feature is inadequate for smaller 1-3 operators.

Hostify is growing and improving constantly. They offer all the tools for a very competitive price.

Nice price for the system, Automations make it easy to send out notifications without having to think.

Customer service and calendar appears to be delayed.

No app/no push notifications - current workaround by receiving emails to stay up to date about incoming bookings.

They dropped our management and pet fees, also overwriting our cancellation policy, affecting 17 of our bookings, and costing us $1ks in lost revenue.

Accounting module is impressive. Automation is so powerful.

The softer is very helpful and I highly recommended it if you are managing multiple properties and channels as Booking, Airbnb and others. Defenses of your needs of course.

Inability to create a custom auto-reply to an initial inquiry on VRBO (but I have been told they are working on it).
