Once a reservation comes in, my locks are usually programmed shortly afterwards. #### Cons I wish the phone app had more features but is functional with what it already has. It has a lock and unlock functionality which is great but no way to see existing reservations. #### Reasons for choosing Jervis systems Features and cost combined made the deciding factor. #### Reasons for switching to Jervis systems Cost and functionality. Guest codes are entered into the Schlage app with no guest name but rather as random letters and numbers. I spoke to them about this and they said they could not. Amazingly, Jervis can.
