The ease of creating bookings, running reports and sending communications is wonderful. The ability for guests to book their own reservations online has been a big win too. Cons: We would love an integration with Quickbooks. The expanded reporting is good and we appreciate that they continue to make improvements and welcome user requests. I have never had a issue and the updated add on like direct payments and connections to VRBO and booking.com are great! Only early in the relationship but seem to be reliable and honest. Cloudbeds billing and customer service poor and inept. Capable product at reasonable cost vs. Cloudbeds. Cons: Minor issue - would be good to get itinerary of onboarding process/training ahead of time Reasons for switching to rezStream Raised monthly bill from 112 to 235 without substantial reason. Could not or would not provide any documentation why. Billing and support personnel ineffective. Emails to management about issues not addressed. Cons: So far nothing major has come up. A minor nitpick is the number of emails from a simple inquiry due to their call ticket system, but better that they have a call tracking system. Reasons for choosing rezStream I felt it offered the best value for the cost. It was not the lowest cost nor the highest. Plus Rezstream offered marketing services, which I added after about 6 months. Reasons for switching to rezStream I needed a better interface for mobile customers, and integrated card processing to eliminate the number of times I was entering duplicate data. Whenever we have a question or concern, staff at RezStream is easy to reach and most often figure out our issue while we are on the phone with the tech. I appreciate that support staff is available so readily. Cons: I have trouble at times, figuring out loading rates and seasons. It can be a bit difficult for me.
